Documentation

Everything an investor needs to understand how a Violar allocation is opened, reported, and settled — from onboarding requirements through custody of physical material and the risks involved.

Onboarding & Eligibility

Every participant completes identity verification, source-of-funds review, and a suitability questionnaire before an allocation is opened. Documentation is reviewed by our compliance desk, and accounts are activated only once all checks are cleared.

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • Proof of address dated within three months
  • Source-of-funds declaration and supporting statements
  • Signed plan agreement and risk acknowledgement

Plan Terms

Allocations are structured under two commercial plans. Alpha opens from $9,999 and Alpha+ from $100,000. Terms describe the commercial basis of participation in trading cycles; they are not a promise of return, and all figures are gross of fees and subject to market outcomes.

  • Cycle length, entry date, and settlement window
  • Allocation size and currency of subscription
  • Fee schedule and distribution mechanics
  • Withdrawal notice periods and cut-off dates

Trade Reporting

Each cycle is documented from sourcing through settlement. Investors receive a written statement covering the materials traded, counterparties by category, logistics milestones, and the resulting distribution calculation.

  • Material type, grade, and tonnage
  • Purchase and sale confirmations
  • Shipping and inspection documentation
  • Cycle summary and distribution statement

Custody & Logistics

Materials are held in bonded and insured facilities while in transit or awaiting offtake. Inspection certificates are issued by independent assayers, and title transfers only on confirmed settlement with the buyer.

  • Bonded warehousing with insurance cover
  • Third-party assay and inspection certificates
  • Chain-of-custody records per consignment
  • Documented title transfer on settlement

Risk Disclosure

Commodity trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. Prices for rare-earth materials are volatile and influenced by export policy, industrial demand, currency movements, and logistics disruption. Past cycle performance is not indicative of future outcomes, and no return is guaranteed.

  • Market and price volatility risk
  • Counterparty and settlement risk
  • Regulatory, export-control, and policy risk
  • Liquidity and timing risk during a cycle
